Terms & Conditions


  • Our capacity is 250 guests, any reception over 250 guests will incur an extra cost. 

  • A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit has been paid.

  • A £500 non refundable deposit to secure the venue.

  • Full payment for the venue will be required 30 days before the reception date.

  • In the event of a cancellation:  We will endevour to 're sell' your date to another couple however you must pay us any losses and costs we suffer because of the cancellation.  

  • Cancellation between 3 to 6 months of the date will incur up to 50% charge of the total reception package price.  

  • Cancellation less than 3 months will incur up to 75% charge  the total reception package price.

  • Cancellation less than 1 month will require full payment to be paid.

  • We recommend all couples should take out appropriate event insurance for their special day.

  • We are not registered to perform legal marriages however we can hold blessings and humanist ceremonies.

  • All suppliers will need to provide their public liability insurance certificates.

  • All caterers will need to supply relevent food hygene rating scheme certificates prior to the day.

  • All caterers will need to hold a 5 star rating certificate.

  • To comply with licencing regualtions our bar will close at 11.30pm.

  • Music must conclude by midnight.

  • Only drinks supplied by us maybe consumed at your reception.

  • Any damage caused to the venue will be invoiced to the couple immediatley after the event.

  • We reserve the right to remove any persons acting inappropriatley from the event.
